I am a mentored doula working towards gaining recognition with Doula UK - where I am now a proud member following the completion of the approved preparation course. I am a fully insured doula, dedicated to providing compassionate and professional support.

Packages
I offer both birth and postnatal care and support packages as well as bespoke plans to suit your requirements. From the initial stages of pregnancy to when you feel comfortable and confident within the postpartum period, I’ll be with you each step of the way. Please do get in touch about any specific requirements, as I can tailor packages to suit your personal situation/circumstances.
Antenatal & Birth Doula Package >
As your birth doula I will help you with birth preparation, provide antenatal sessions where we’ll plan and discuss options for birth – looking at evidence-based information to help you make an informed and educated choice.
Package cost - from £1600 [payments plans are available so please get in touch]
Included in this:
An informal meet & greet.
2 x antenatal sessions. (This would ideally involve 1 session for discussing birth preferences and wishes and 1 postpartum planning session to implement when your baby has arrived).
Available for phone support for any questions or concerns you may have.
I’ll be on call from 38 weeks until you’ve given birth and will stay with you until you’re happy for me to go.
A postnatal follow up session (to be used within the first 2 weeks after birth.
Optional add on* of a 1-1 baby massage course (3 week course - 1 hour lessons teaching you how to massage your baby through loving touch) - £75.00
Supportive Tools for Your Birth Journey >
As part of your birth package, I provide access to a range of supportive tools designed to bring comfort, confidence, and calm during pregnancy, labour, and the postpartum period. These are available to explore together in our sessions and to use during the “on call” window around your birth.
Some of the tools I bring include:
TENS machine – gentle nerve stimulation to ease labour sensations.
Birth comb & Yuula Orb balls – tactile tools to channel focus and support natural pain management.
Rebozo scarf – a traditional cloth used for relaxation, positioning, and gentle movement techniques.
Essential oils – to help create a soothing and supportive environment.
The Doula Deck & Birth Affirmation cards – offering words of encouragement and grounding reminders throughout your journey.
Mirror – to support visibility if you’d like to watch your baby’s arrival.
Flameless tea lights & battery-powered fairy lights – for creating a soft, calming birth space.
Handheld fan – to provide comfort and cooling during labour.
These resources are always used with your comfort and preferences in mind, giving you practical ways to feel more supported, centred, and empowered.
Postnatal Doula Packages >
As your postnatal doula, you’ll have dedicated block sessions tailored to your needs as you navigate the fourth trimester. Within this time, I solely devote my care to you and your recovery – the role of ‘mothering the mother’. Whether you need a listening ear, someone to advocate for you or to just lighten the load, I’m here.
Price £28.00 per hour
A block of 12hrs - £331.00

Baby massage >
I offer 1-1 and small group courses in person and online, which can be delivered from the comfort of your own home. Group courses at a venue close to Farnborough will be coming soon – register your interest to receive more information when this goes live.
During the course I will teach you how to massage your baby with skills and techniques, along with associated benefits of each stroke, that you can add to your parenting skillset. In turn, allowing you to bond with your baby through loving touch and create a more confident parent-infant relationship. Touch is an important way to promote and support secure parent-child attachment, which is commonly used all over the world in many different cultures and societies.
Massage soothes the transition from womb to world and teaches positive loving touch.

Group courses - £60
4 Weeks - 1hr long - 8 people max.
1-1 courses - £75
sessions - 1hr long - In the comfort of your own home
The courses are best suited from birth until 6 months or when baby becomes mobile.
